Impress started to work with Brokerswood in 2006, and have gradually assumed responsibility for the entire marketing programme of this enduring attraction.

Marketing for the country park is two-pronged; there is a caravan and camping site to be promoted to holidaymakers through the internet and specialist press, and the country park itself, which is a popular family attraction in the local area. On a retained basis, Impress manages the Park’s advertising budget, designs adverts and handles advertising enquiries

In 2008, Impress have helped Brokerswood to break into brave new territory with their marketing, putting in place a completely updated website with online booking system which is opening the caravan park to a new audience. The site also invites participation with an innovative Kids’ Zone and feedback system. Impress have also helped Brokerswood to update their IT infrastructure, launch a membership scheme and produce bi-annual newsletters celebrating the park and its conservation work.
