Wonderful Sales & Marketing Manager

Impress is looking for a sales-focussed individual with impeccable client-facing and account management skills, plus the ability to identify, create and develop new business in 2008. The role crosses over between the marketing and sales functions and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute positively to both facets of the business.

From a marketing perspective, we will expect input into the development and implementation of a both traditional and digital promotional strategy to bolster company awareness and inspire potential new client leads.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to this overall strategy and follow-up leads, enquiries and general interest with phone calls, appointments and presentations. Success will be judged on results in terms of new business generated and fee-based income achieved. It needs to be stressed that this is not a ‘fluffy’ role, but one where the creation of new business is a pre-requisite. Superb package for outstanding candidates.



Graphic Designer

We are looking to boost our design team with a capable, results-driven graphic designer. The successful candidate will thrive on variety and be able to design everything from small ads to brochures, postcards, posters, flyers and double page spreads. Creativity is a must as you will also be coming up with branding concepts and original designs.

Proficiency with the Adobe CS suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential and some experience of Quark XPress would also be useful. The position may also involve some web design, and experience in this area is desirable although not essential.

We are interested in hearing from Graphic Designers at all levels and the final candidate will be chosen for their creativity and competence. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience. Some agency experience would be useful.



Account Manager

Impress are looking for an Account Manager to handle all elements of marketing for our varied and loyal client base. A marketer first and foremost, you will have experience in an agency environment or at Executive / Management level within a client organisation.

Acting as a Project Manager for websites and graphic design projects as well as helping clients with marketing strategy you must possess tact, organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. You must also be able to formulate and carry out marketing programmes which produce genuine bottom line results for our clients.

This is a demanding but rewarding role which will test your ability to juggle tasks but also provide unlimited scope for creativity. For this reason we are looking for outstanding individuals only!




Web Designers and Developers

If you think you can design and/or build sites like those featured here, Impress would love to hear from you. Whether you are looking to work freelance or in-house, Impress needs inspired web people who are not only technically outstanding, but also appreciate the need to work to deadlines and communicate clearly with the agency and its clients.

Designers should produce work which is both creative and practical. Developers need to competent producing sites with Content Management Systems. As well as producing new work, you will also be updating some of our existing PHP/ASP sites from time to time. Competence with Flash would be an advantage.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a truly creative team producing work which generates real value for clients.
