Graphic Design - Our Approach
Impress works rather differently to some other agencies you may have worked with. We do not indulge in endless inter-departmental beard-stroking sessions, then bill you for the pleasure. Instead we keep it simple. Your Account Manager will be a multi-skilled marketer who will conceptualise the design, brief and direct the graphic designer, provide any copy you need and liaise with you right through the process.
We have also put in place a meticulous design and proofing process to guard against misprints, wrong telephone numbers and other such print nightmares. We spell-check every single word, proofread everything at least twice, and even phone all the telephone numbers on every document. However, we also ask you to check every detail of your design and sign it off before we go to print.
