Bloods Art Monger Website Launched

Launched in late October, www.bloodsartmonger.co.uk is a vibrant website featuring a vast gallery of artists work available from this new dynamic Bath-based business.

The site is also the first meaningful collaboration between Osborne Pike (www.osbornepike.co.uk) who provided the design templates, and Impress who delivered the project development and hosting solution.

Technically challenging, the site highlighted many of the issues that now confront developers in terms of cross-browser compatibility and general usability; both subjects currently dominate the 'geek world' as what works one computer may not necessarily work on another.

Ensuring that the site remains true to the design on both PC's and Macs, and across Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Firefox and Safari proved to be a stern test for our lead-techy, Ian Nielsen.

The site comes complete with a user-friendly Content Management System enabling the client to add new artists and images at will. The four week project establishes the business online with a view to supporting Bloods' first exhibition running from 7th-19th November at Milsom Place, Bath.
