North Wessex Recruitment
North Wessex Training (NWT) is a long standing Impress client and we have been assisting the company position themselves as one of the leading training providers in the South West for the past four years. NWT assists individuals on their journey back into meaningful employment via a variety of government initiatives such as Learn Direct, Train to Gain and Next Step. By definition NWT is often working with individuals who have suffered elements of misfortune in their lives and building confidence, self-esteem and opportunities is absolutely critical to the companies ethos.
As the relationship with NWT has evolved, Impress has become increasingly involved with the company on a strategic level and suggested launching a free recruitment service to local companies willing to utilise the skills of learners on the NWT programmes. This initiative enables NWT to extend its relationships with local employers and provide career opportunities for individuals who have displayed the necessary drive and enthusiasm to get their lives back on track.
To facilitate the recruitment side of the business, Impress designed a stunning corporate identity with the emphasis on colour and vibrancy. This theme was then carried through postcards, leaflets and an interactive website that enables both employers and candidates to register jobs and CVs online. Database driven and coded to the highest level, the site was designed and built in just three weeks, again highlighting the agency’s agility and commitment to speed.
The project was supported and part-funded by the Business Link’s Smartplace initiative.
