Double-glazing is perhaps not the most glamorous of sectors or traditionally associated with revolutionary marketing, but Thermaglaze was Impress’s first client, driven by a desire to change the public’s perception of the industry. A transparent pricing structure is the bedrock of a marketing strategy that provides customers with an open, honest and innovative product offering totally against the grain of most other double glazing companies.
The success of the company is testament to the marketing direction devised by Thermaglaze MD David Symes and Andrew Pinnell. The company website features an interactive online quote system which remains the most visionary in the industry and generates significant traffic levels and sales leads on a daily basis. The site is complemented by various marketing collateral including 20 page company price list, product specification sheets, loyalty scheme cards and numerous press ads.
Impress is also responsible for designing the logo and ident for the Thermaglaze ‘energikare’ brand of products which are the most energy efficient products on the market.
